As an Entry-Level Packager, you'll be an essential part of ensuring that our packaging process runs smoothly by preparing products for shipment, checking quality, and supporting warehouse operations during overnight hours.
What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Packager, you will be responsible for:
Repacking boxes and bags of product into organized shipping cases to meet order requirements
Carefully placing cereal bags and boxes into shipping cartons with accuracy and efficiency
Counting and verifying product quantities to ensure complete and correct orders
Safely stacking boxes and pallets to prepare for storage or shipment
Inspecting products and packaging for quality issues and documenting defects
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote a healthy work environment
Supporting overall production and packaging activities as needed during the shift
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Reliable transportation, as the company is not accessible via bus or public transit
Ability to lift 3550 lbs continuously throughout the shift
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Flexibility to work overtime or extra days when required by production demands
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

Location & Schedule
This is an on-site position in Eugene, Oregon, working Monday through Friday from 10:00PM to 6:30AM. Flexibility for additional shifts or overtime is available, providing extra earning potential.
