What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll work within an assigned territory and meet face-to-face with business owners and key decision-makers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Prospect for potential clients within your assigned territory

• Conduct business-to-business outreach and cold calling

• Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and key decision-makers

• Learn and present supplemental insurance products and coverage options

• Identify client needs and provide personalized coverage solutions

• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients

• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients who may need additional service

• Build and maintain your own book of business

• Respond to client emails and phone calls professionally

• Participate in scheduled team meetings, coaching sessions, and training

• Manage your weekly schedule and submit it to your sales manager

• Track and submit daily sales activity and performance metrics

• Work toward individual and team sales goals

• Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
