Job Description:
We are hiring competitive and driven Entry-Level Outside Sales Representatives to lead new customer acquisitions in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals, recent graduates, or anyone ready to build career capital in the telecommunications industry. You will execute field-based sales strategies, managing a dedicated local territory to engage directly with residential prospects and consult on optimal 1 Gig or better fiber-optic solutions.

Please note: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role compensated via a 100% uncapped commission structure, designed for self-motivated professionals who want full control over their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Territory Management & Field Prospecting: Execute field-based sales strategies, managing a dedicated local territory to engage directly with residential prospects and consult on optimal fiber-optic solutions.

  •  Submit Paperwork: Accurately complete and submit sales documentation and customer agreements after closing deals.

  •  Follow-Up with Clients: Build relationships with potential customers to convert leads into sales and ensure a seamless installation process.

  •  Collaborate with the Team: Work with our supportive leadership team to achieve sales targets, participate in strategy meetings, and contribute to our market growth.
