This position works Monday-Friday 530 AM-200 PM. In this hands-on role you will inspect test assemble troubleshoot and repair aircraft components using hand and power tools while supporting critical products that help keep air travel safe and reliable.What Youll Do· Inspect incoming assemblies and components following established procedures.· Perform operational testing and basic troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies.· Assemble and disassemble parts using hand and power tools.· Repair or replace components that do not meet specifications.· Set up equipment and workstations for testing and repair activities.· Follow quality standards and work instructions to ensure accurate repairs.· Maintain a safe clean and organized work area.· Perform other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent e.g. G.E.D. in the US Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work. Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds. Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed.
