Marketing and Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Help develop and distribute marketing materials across digital, print, and event platforms.
- Partner with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm ideas, generate leads, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Support customer outreach efforts, including appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and communications.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the coordination of events, product launches, and community engagement activities.
- Track and report on campaign performance to support optimization and improvement.
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service to ensure positive client interactions.
Key Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers, clients, and the public.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented.

- No prior experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.
