This is a fully onsite position in Garden Grove, working closely with production, quality, and maintenance to improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Internship/co-op experience in manufacturing, process improvement, operations, automation, or production engineering.

Pay: $72,000–$88,000/year (depending on experience)

About the Role

We’re seeking an Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve assembly and manufacturing operations. This is a fully onsite position in Garden Grove, working closely with production, quality, and maintenance to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Local candidates are strongly preferred, no relocation or sponsorships available at this time.

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations on the floor
• Help analyze and improve processes to reduce waste, improve throughput, and enhance quality/safety
• Troubleshoot production issues and assist with root cause and corrective actions
• Create/update work instructions and basic process documentation
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance on continuous improvement and process changes
• Support new product or process launches as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering (or related)
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, onsite manufacturing environment
• Exposure to CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and/or Creo
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn (5-Why/Fishbone a plus)
• Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Internship/co-op experience in manufacturing, process improvement, operations, automation, or production engineering
• Familiarity with Lean/continuous improvement concepts (5S, standard work, basic data analysis)
• Exposure to PLCs/robotics/vision systems through coursework or projects
