Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year

We are seeking motivated individuals for an Entry-Level Management position designed for candidates interested in developing their leadership, sales, and business management skills. You will receive hands-on experience working with customers, supporting team performance, and learning day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Learn company sales and customer service processes
  • Assist with daily team operations
  • Support and motivate team members
  • Help track team goals and performance
  • Work directly with customers and clients
  • Participate in leadership and management training
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Help solve day-to-day operational challenges
  • Work with senior leadership on business growth initiatives
  • Prepare for increased management responsibilities as you develop

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Leadership mindset and willingness to learn
  • Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Previous leadership, customer service, or sales experience is helpful

Compensation

Annual salary of $75,000–$95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
