Location: Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday-Friday; Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machinery and equipment to support daily production needs
• Load and unload parts, materials, and components according to work instructions
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure parts are running properly and meeting quality standards
• Read and follow basic work instructions, production orders, and safety procedures
• Use basic measuring tools to check parts for accuracy and quality
• Identify and report machine issues, defects, or production concerns to supervisors
• Assist with basic machine set up, adjustments, and changeovers as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production guidelines
Qualifications:
• 1–5 years of machine operation, production, or manufacturing experience
• Ability to follow work instructions and learn new equipment/processes
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring tools preferred
• Reliable, safety-focused, and willing to work as part of a team
• Prior CNC, machining, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
