We're looking for a dependable and organized Entry-Level Inventory & Purchasing Coordinator to join our commercial cabinet manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping/receiving, stockroom, or manufacturing experience who wants to grow into a purchasing and inventory role.
What You'll Do
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Organize and track inventory and materials
- Assist with purchase orders and material ordering
- Monitor inventory levels and help keep materials stocked
- Prepare outgoing shipments and deliveries
- Perform inventory counts and maintain records
- Support production by ensuring materials are available when needed
- Help keep the warehouse clean and organized
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or stockroom experience is helpful but not required
- Basic computer skills (Excel and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable with good attendance
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
