Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative – State Farm Agent
$50,000–$75,000 | Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

Tom Hollandsworth – State Farm Agency is hiring a full-time Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for motivated individuals looking to start a sales career in a professional, goal-driven environment.

No insurance experience required. Paid training, licensing support, and opportunity for a signing bonus!


Responsibilities include but not limited to...

  • Generating insurance quotes
  • Conducting consultative sales conversations
  • Closing new business
  • Following up with leads
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Cross-selling additional coverage
  • Providing prompt, accurate customer service
  • The role also includes prospecting, appointment setting, and working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Ability to make cold calls and set appointments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable building client relationships
  • Efficient time management
  • Goal oriented and driven towards success
  • Creative problem solving
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
  • Sales, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is preferred but not required. We provide training and guidance throughout the licensing process.
