Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Cultivate and manage relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met.

Sales Development: Implement targeted sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend suitable insurance plans for each client.

Customer Retention: Proactively solve client issues, retaining their trust and business.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

Licensing: Ability to obtain an Oklahoma Insurance License within 60 days of hire.

Experience: No prior experience required, but sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
