Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative

Never sold insurance? Perfect. Crowther & Turley Agency in Clearfield, Utah is looking for people who like people. As an Insurance Sales Representative, youll sit down face-to-face with real clients and help them figure out what coverage actually fits their lives. No insurance background needed. Sales, customer service, or retail experience is a bonus, but curiosity and a friendly handshake go a long way. Youll start at $20/hour plus commission, with earning potential of $40,000-$60,000 and $80,000+ for our top performers.

Salary Range: $40000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to present insurance options and answer their questions.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to tailor insurance policies to individual client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and superior customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and documentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product changes, and policy updates to effectively communicate value to clients.

• Licensing: UT Property & Casualty License (must be obtained within 90 days of hire). We will assist with Licensing.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales is preferred but not necessary.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients.
• Customer Focus: Strong dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
