We are seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone competitive, motivated, and eager to build relationships with clients while achieving personal and professional success. You will be responsible for selling insurance products, prospecting new clients, and maintaining strong client relationships in a supportive environment that values teamwork and career growth.

• Base salary starting at $30,000 per year
• First-year commissions average $40,000-$60,000 for a total compensation of around $70,000-$90,000
