Entry-Level Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative

The Berk Insurance Agency is hiring for a full-time, in-office position in Palm Coast, Florida. Youll help customers, prepare quotes, and identify coverage needs. Insurance experience is a plus, and a sales background is required. Applicants must have at least four years of work experience in an office or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
