Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Provide accurate information about insurance policies and company procedures.
• Assist customers with policy changes, payments, and general account maintenance.
• Help resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Property & Casualty license preferred, but not required. Licensing assistance is available.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
