Your Role: Entry-Level Apprentice Technician

(Helper / Level I Technician)

As an Entry-Level Apprentice Technician, you ll work alongside experienced Level II, Level III, Lead Technicians, Foremen, and Project Managers while learning the fundamentals of commercial low-voltage installation.

This is a hands-on position where you ll gain practical experience every day assisting with the installation and support of:

• Fire Alarm Systems

• Security & Access Control Systems

• Voice & Data Cabling

• Audio-Visual & Communication Systems

Project Types Include:

• Data Centers

• Multi-Story Office Buildings

• Hospitals & Healthcare Facilities

• College & University Campuses

• Stadiums & Entertainment Venues

• Intermediate & High Schools

Skills You ll Learn

• Reading Blueprints & Construction Drawings

• Commercial Building Standards & Industry Codes

• Proper Use of Hand Tools & Testing Equipment

This role is designed to help you grow into Level II and Level III Technician positions while creating opportunities for advancement into leadership roles like Lead Technician, Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager.

Who We re Looking For

• Comfortable working in construction or physically demanding environments

• Mechanically inclined and familiar with basic hand tools

• Motivated to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

• Willing to travel to job sites throughout Dallas Fort Worth and surrounding areas

• Available for day, night, or weekend schedules as projects require

• Reliable transportation and valid driver s license required

No prior low-voltage experience required we ll help you build the skills.
