Implementation Analyst.

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise
extensively with external and internal clients
- Analyze
clients’ existing systems and business models
- Map
and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
- Translate
client requirements into detailed project briefs
- Identify
potential solutions and assess their technical and business suitability
- Conduct
requirements analysis and prepare proposals for modified or replacement
systems
- Develop
solutions and related product configurations
- Prepare
project feasibility and costing reports
- Present
proposals to clients
- Collaborate
closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and end users to ensure
technical compatibility and user satisfaction
- Ensure
project budgets are maintained and deadlines are met
- Develop,
oversee, and document testing schedules for complete systems
- Oversee
data migration during the implementation of new systems
- Maintain
the integrity, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of employee data
- Audit
data and system modules as needed
- Develop
SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces
- Plan
and work flexibly to meet deadlines
- Support
users with change control and system updates
- Stay
current with technical and industry developments
What We Are Looking For
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Experience
working with large datasets and numerical analysis
- Experience
with business process mapping
