Entry Level HVAC Technician

We're looking for a motivated individual who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Whether you're a recent HVAC graduate, currently completing technical training, or have some hands-on mechanical experience, we'd like to hear from you.

You don't need years of experience to succeed here. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and pride in doing quality work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work alongside experienced HVAC professionals installing, maintaining, and servicing residential heating and cooling systems
• Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment and performance issues
• Assist with residential furnace, air conditioner, and other heating and cooling system installations
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections while developing technical skills
• Provide friendly, professional service to homeowners throughout our service area
• Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Interest in building a long-term career in residential HVAC
• HVAC technical education or previous mechanical experience is helpful, but not required
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to work independently as skills and experience develop
• Valid driver's license

Our shop is located in Hawley, Minnesota, and we serve residential customers throughout Detroit Lakes, Hawley, Pelican Rapids, and surrounding lake communities.
