Entry Level Health Insurance Sales Representative

Caspian Health is recruiting an Entry Level Health Insurance Sales Representative in the Tampa Bay area. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys talking with people, learning about coverage options, and following up consistently.

What you will do
- Speak with prospective customers to understand their health coverage needs and priorities.
- Explain available options clearly and accurately within your licensing and authorization.
- Follow up on inquiries, schedule conversations, and maintain organized records in the CRM.
- Help customers navigate the application process and coordinate questions with the agency team.
- Work toward agreed sales goals while maintaining accurate records and professional service.

What we are looking for
- Clear communication, active listening, and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort using a computer, phone, email, and CRM tools.
- Interest in health insurance sales and willingness to learn agency processes.
- An appropriate insurance license and authorization before performing activities that require them. Tell us your current licensing status when applying.

Compensation and engagement
Full-time, on-site schedule. Estimated total annual earnings: USD 80,000–120,000; this is not a guaranteed salary.
This is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity with base compensation plus commission. The agency will explain the base amount, commission schedule, eligibility conditions, and payment terms during the recruiting process. Earnings vary with production and applicable terms; no total earnings amount is guaranteed.
