This role is ideal for an early-career chemist who enjoys working in the laboratory and has experience with physical testing, formulation, and chemical processing.Responsibilities:Perform hands-on laboratory experiments involving chemical formulations and physical stability.Conduct physical property testing such as viscosity, density, appearance, and other stability measurements.Operate laboratory-scale mixing, blending, and milling equipment safely and effectively.Support formulation development, testing, optimization, and troubleshooting activities.Accurately record experimental data, observations, results, and laboratory activities.Follow established laboratory procedures and maintain strong chemical safety practices.Analyze experimental results, identify inconsistencies, and apply critical thinking to resolve problems.Manage multiple laboratory activities while responding effectively to changing priorities.Collaborate with other scientists and laboratory team members to meet project objectives.**Drug screen & criminal background check will be required**.
