Location: Denver, CO
Work Setting: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, and overtime work depending on project needs. This is a field-based role supporting project sites throughout the Denver metro area. Most project sites are generally within about 40 miles of Denver, and assignments may change daily or remain consistent for a few weeks depending on the project. Outdoor work in varying weather conditions is required.
Compensation: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour

Company Vehicle: A company vehicle is provided for field assignments and is typically taken home by employees. The vehicle is intended for work-related travel.
Position Overview

As an Field Technician, you will perform field and laboratory observations, testing, inspections, and documentation on a variety of construction and engineering projects throughout the Denver area.
In this role, you will conduct site observations, perform field testing, collect and transport samples for laboratory analysis, and prepare detailed reports documenting project findings. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, clients, and other field personnel to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met. Responsibilities also include maintaining testing equipment, troubleshooting field challenges, and supporting project teams as needed.

Who This Position Is For
Field Technician Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• No prior industry experience required
• Preferred: Industry certifications related to construction materials testing, soils, concrete, or geotechnical services
