We are an event marketing firm that produces live brand activations and promotional events. We are hiring one Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our on-site event team immediately.
This is a hands-on support role at live events. No experience is required. No planning, coordinating, or heavy lifting is involved.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event booths, displays, and signage
- Support on-site team members during live promotional events
- Help keep event spaces clean, organized, and presentable
- Restock promotional materials during events
- Provide basic attendee assistance and direction
- Follow simple instructions from event supervisors and team leads

- No experience required (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends may be required)
