Job Summary
The Entry-Level Event Assistant will assist with day-to-day event operations, including setup, guest support, and event breakdown. This role focuses on creating a positive attendee experience while supporting smooth event execution for promotional and community-based initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, including tables, signage, and promotional materials
Support on-site event operations during community outreach and promotional events
Greet and assist attendees in a professional and friendly manner
Distribute marketing materials, event information, and promotional items
Maintain organization and cleanliness of event areas throughout the event
Work closely with event staff and team leads to ensure successful execution
Follow instructions and support general event-day tasks as needed
Represent clients, brands, and charitable organizations in a professional manner
Qualifications
No prior experience required (entry-level position with paid training provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Ability to stand and remain active during event shifts
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
