    Entry Level Engineer Job Description:

    Entry Level Engineer Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field preferred. 
    • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, structural design, and applicable building codes, including IBC and ASCE      7. 
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and structural plans. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform structural calculations and material quantity take-offs. 
    • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of EPS products, estimating procedures, and company standards. 
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, consistent, and error-free work. 
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to answer technical questions and collaborate with customers,      management, and peers. 
    • Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines while exercising sound judgment within clearly defined responsibilities. 
    • Willingness to learn, participate in training, and take initiative to support team members and projects as needed. 
    • Ability to work at a steady, methodical pace while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
