With more than 65 years of experience supporting families, our company continues to expand and is seeking motivated Benefits Representatives who are ready to build a long-term opportunity.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to provide information, answer questions, and help them better understand the benefit options available to them. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working in a professional remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients by providing clear information about available products and services
• Respond to questions regarding benefit options, coverage, and account details
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
• Stay updated on current programs, policy changes, and service offerings
• Review client needs and help identify options that may better fit their situation
• Follow established processes to ensure each client receives accurate support

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Positive, professional, and dependable attitude
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
