What You'll Learn

As a Critical Operations Associate, you will develop the knowledge and skills required to support and maintain critical facility infrastructure, including:

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical facility systems and equipment
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Support facility operations and infrastructure reliability
• Conduct routine inspections and equipment walkthroughs
• Respond to operational issues and customer requests
• Create and update service tickets and maintenance records
• Follow safety procedures and operational standards
• Support electrical and mechanical system operations
• Escalate issues appropriately and work with senior technicians to resolve problems
