What You'll Do

As a Community Outreach Representative, you'll connect directly with members of the public and help nonprofit organizations expand awareness and community support.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Represent nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach locations
• Have friendly, informative face-to-face conversations with members of the public
• Educate community members about nonprofit missions, programs, and important social causes
• Encourage donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about campaigns and organizations
• Assist with event setup, outreach booths, promotional materials, and on-site activities
• Track supporter interactions, contributions, and campaign engagement
• Work collaboratively with an energetic community outreach team to achieve campaign goals
• Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming presence at all events

No Experience? We'll Train You.

You don't need a background in fundraising or nonprofit work to succeed in this position.
