1st Shift | 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM | Overtime Available | Up to 4:00 PM
Pay: $20-$23/hr (Based on Experience)

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC milling equipment to manufacture precision components.
• Review blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
• Load raw materials and prepare machines for production runs.
• Verify setups and inspect first-piece samples to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform machining operations including drilling, cutting, grooving, threading, and finishing.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances.
• Read and interpret GD&T specifications and machining documentation.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine, tooling, or process issues.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and assist with preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with team members across shifts.

What We're Looking For

• Basic CNC machine operation experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, and measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with GD&T is a strong plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CNC mill setup and operation.
• Associate degree, trade school certification, or coursework in machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
• Previous exposure to precision manufacturing or machine shop environments.
