Entry-Level Client Representative – Nonprofit Events & Fundraising

We are hiring Entry-Level Client Representatives to support nonprofit organizations through live events, community outreach, public awareness campaigns, and face-to-face fundraising activities.

You'll interact directly with members of the community, introduce people to nonprofit causes, answer questions, and help create positive experiences at events and public locations.

No previous fundraising, sales, or marketing experience is required. Paid training and hands-on coaching are provided.

What You'll Do

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community events, retail locations, festivals, and public events
• Speak directly with community members and introduce them to nonprofit missions and programs
• Have friendly, informative conversations with people who may be interested in supporting a cause
• Answer questions and provide clear information about nonprofit initiatives
• Help increase community awareness, engagement, and participation
• Assist with event setup, displays, informational materials, and breakdown
• Help create an organized, welcoming, and professional event environment
• Record basic event information and share feedback with team leaders
• Work with other team members to achieve daily outreach and fundraising goals

Who We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you are:

• 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• A high school graduate or have a GED
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people
• Confident communicating with the public
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment
• Interested in nonprofit work, fundraising, customer service, marketing, sales, events, or communications

Previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, sales, events, fundraising, promotions, or volunteer work is welcome but not required.
