Position: Entry-Level Civil Litigation Associate
Location: Hermosa Beach, CA (South Bay)
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Salary: $110,000–$130,000+

Entry-Level Civil Litigation Associate Position Overview:
A well-established South Bay law firm with a long local history is looking for a newly admitted attorney to join its civil litigation team. You'll support senior attorneys with active caseloads and get hands-on mentorship, real litigation experience and chances to second-chair at trial. The firm values collaboration, work-life balance and a close-knit office community.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft discovery, motions and legal research memos
- Take part in depositions and hearings
- Support senior attorneys on active personal injury, employment and business litigation matters
- Second-chair trials as opportunities come up

Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience; newly admitted attorneys welcome
- Active California Bar admission required
- General civil litigation background preferred, especially personal injury, employment or business litigation
- Plaintiff-side experience a plus (PI, wage and hour, PAGA, class action), including as a PI paralegal or law clerk
- Eager to learn, coachable and comfortable taking direction
- Local to the South Bay preferred, ideally within a 30-minute commute
