First Steps
- Paid on the road training with an experienced driver trainer
- $850 per week training pay
- Your own truck after 4 to 6 weeks
- $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months solo
Your Lanes
- States west of the Mississippi, wide open roads
- 2,100 to 2,400 miles a week
- Home every two to three weeks
- Drop and hook on most loads
Pay
- $1,100 to $1,400 average weekly gross
- $0.50 per mile to start, rising with experience
- $15 stop pay
- Performance bonus plan

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL, 21 or older
- New drivers: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
- Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years
- Pass hair and urine drug testing and a DOT physical
