Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly service
- Process customer payments accurately
- Accept cash, credit, and debit card payments
- Provide receipts and assist with basic transaction questions
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer
- Keep the checkout and customer areas clean and organized
- Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team member
- Support the front desk and salon team with general customer service duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working around dogs and pet owners
- Ability to work well in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Must be available to work on-site in Los Angeles
