Responsibilities: - Provide administrative and clerical support to legal and professional staff
- Manage and organize physical and digital files, documents, and records
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and proofreading
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Support team members with day-to-day office operations and special projects
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
