Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Golf Professional who's looking to grow into a Head Golf Professional at our facility in the next 2-3 years. You will be trained and mentored by two PGA Professionals, who combined, have 40 years' experience in Golf Operations. Schedule:
5-day work weeks in the off-season
Up to 6-day work weeks during the peak season (based on club schedule)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to members and guests at all times
Assist with daily golf shop operations, including opening/closing duties
Support outside operations with 2-3 shifts per week (bag drop, cart setup, etc.)
Assist in the planning and execution of golf tournaments and club events
Participate in merchandise operations including ordering, receiving, displaying, and inventory control
Engage with members through regular play and fostering relationships
Receive mentorship and training in teaching and club repair (gripping, re-shafting, etc.)
Learn and utilize Gallus Golf tournament software
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Must have some level of golf playing ability
