Pay: $16.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

No wire harness or electronics experience? That’s okay! You’ll receive hands-on training to learn how to assemble small wire harnesses and electrical components in a clean, air-conditioned work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble small wire harnesses and electrical components
• Connect, wrap, crimp, strip, and label wires
• Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment
• Follow work instructions to complete assemblies accurately
• Inspect your work for quality and consistency
• Keep your workstation clean and organized
• Sit or stand at your workstation based on the task

What We’re Looking For

• Great attendance and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small parts and basic hand tools
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful, but wire harness experience is not required
• Dependable candidates looking for consistent Monday–Friday work
