Entry-Level Appointment Setter

Pawfect Shine is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Entry-Level Appointment Setter to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating with pet owners, and learning the day-to-day operations of a professional pet grooming business.

Responsibilities

• Assist pet owners with scheduling grooming appointments
• Coordinate appointment times based on availability
• Confirm upcoming appointments and provide customers with appointment details
• Update appointment information when changes are requested
• Help customers select appropriate appointment times based on available services
• Assist with rescheduling and cancellations
• Help maintain an organized appointment schedule
• Support the front desk and salon team with general customer service duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No previous appointment-setting experience required
• Previous customer service or receptionist experience is a plus
• Friendly and professional personality
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
