Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator / Entry-Level Analyst to support documentation review, recordkeeping, data tracking, and administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, analytical professional early in their career who is comfortable working with confidential information and Microsoft Excel.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Excel skills including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and data comparison
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to compare information across multiple systems and identify discrepancies
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
Ability to work 100% onsite in Overland Park, KS
Job Description
Review documentation and categorize records appropriately.
Cross-reference information across multiple systems to verify accuracy and ensure records remain current.
Maintain accurate and organized tracking of reviewed records using Microsoft Excel.
Compare data and identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information.
Communicate findings, discrepancies, and questions to the appropriate supervisor or team contact.
Handle confidential employee and personal information with discretion.
Perform data entry and general administrative support.
Assist with ad hoc reporting, analysis, and special projects as needed.
Maintain organized documentation and support ongoing recordkeeping processes.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in administrative support, HR, data entry, records management, or documentation review
Familiarity with recordkeeping and document-review processes
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate s or Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred, but not required
