Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $25/hr
Position Overview: The Entry-Level Administrative Assistant will provide basic administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn. Prior experience is a plus but not required, provided the candidate is organized, dependable, discreet, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This position supports the current administrative lead in managing an increased workload.
Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Administrative Assistant:- Communicate with clients regarding quote requests.
- Prepare pickup and delivery work order tickets.
- Obtain pricing from vendors.
- Research pricing, availability, and delivery timelines for fabrics and hardware.
- Source fabrics and request samples for projects.
- Ensure Certificates of Insurance are current for all client locations through email communication.
- Assist with answering phones during periods of high call volume.
- Prepare and send quotes.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding project status.
- Complete vendor forms and loading dock forms.
- Monitor and respond to emails.
- Handle paperwork and maintain organized folders and files.
- Distribute paperwork internally as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the Entry-Level Administrative Assistant:- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to learn and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Entry-Level Administrative Assistant:- Junior or entry-level administrative experience is preferred.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable handling administrative details and shifting priorities.
- Prior experience is a plus but not required.
