Job Summary:

We are seeking Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage collections, invoice reconciliation, customer chargebacks, and payment discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, strong Excel skills, and the ability to resolve customer account issues while ensuring timely payments.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer collections and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Investigate and resolve chargebacks, payment discrepancies, and invoice disputes.
Reconcile invoices, credit balances, and customer deductions.
Use SAP to maintain accurate financial records and process transactions.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Prepare account status reports and provide regular updates.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Accounting.
Hands-on experience with chargeback reconciliation and dispute resolution.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables; Macros preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
