Entry Level Account Manager

MG8 Ohio is a growing sales and business development firm based in the Columbus area. We work with established corporate partners to help expand their presence in the business-to-business market. Our current client is one the largest companies on Forbes Global 2000 ranking. As our organization continues to grow, we are looking to add motivated individuals to our team throughout Columbus, Dayton, and the surrounding areas.

What You'll Learn

• Presenting products and services to small and mid-sized businesses utilizing a face to face B2B approach
• Developing professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
• Managing and developing an assigned territory
• Learning and utilizing CRM systems
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Conducting market research and understanding customer needs
• Developing effective communication and presentation skills
• Building a strong foundation in sales and business development

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or a related field
• A 2–4 year college degree is preferred, but not required
• A willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Strong work ethic and dependable attitude
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
