We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Entry Clerk to join our growing customs brokerage team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customs brokerage and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Benefits:
- $19-$23/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in customs brokerage required
- Experience preparing and processing U.S. customs entries
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and file U.S. customs entries
- Review import and shipping documentation for accuracy
- Enter information into customs brokerage and government systems
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and government agencies
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records
- Assist with daily import processing activities
