    Description

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute concerts, performances, special events, and other entertainment programming at Sound Board.
    • Serve as primary point of contact for artists, agents, promoters, production companies, vendors, and other external entertainment partners.
    • Coordinate even logistics, including production requirements, artist needs, hospitality, schedules, staffing, credentials, transportation, and venue readiness.
    • Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, production schedules, run-of-show documents, and other planning materials.
    • Collaborate with internal departments - including Marketing, Casino Operations, Facilities, and Security - to ensure successful event execution.
    • Conduct pre-event planning meetings and post-event reviews to identify opportunities for operational improvement and enhance future events.
    • Monitor event budgets, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and other financial commitments to ensure programming remains within approved financial parameters.
    • Review contracts, riders, technical requirements, and other event-related documentation and ensure applicable requirements are communicated to the appropriate internal teams.
    • Coordinate with production and technical teams regarding staging, lighting, sound, video, rigging, power, and other venue requirements.
    • Ensure artists and production personnel receive a high level of hospitality and professional service consistent with Sound Board standards.
    • Manage event-day operations and serve as a visible management presence before, during, and after performances.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to unexpected issues or changes during events, exercising sound judgment to protect the guest experience, artist experience, and operational integrity of the venue.
    • Monitor attendance, guest feedback, event performance, and other relevant metrics and make recommendations to improve future programming.
    • Ensure events are conducted in compliance with company policies, venue standards, applicable laws and regulations, and health and safety requirements.
    • Assist with identifying and evaluating new entertainment opportunities that support the property's strategic objectives and brand.
    • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • The ideal candidate is an experienced entertainment professional who combines strong project management and organizational skills with a passion for live entertainment, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Arts Management, Business, Hospitality, or Event Management, or equivalent experience as deemed appropriate.
    • Minimum five years of experience in live entertainment, concert venue operations, event management, hospitality, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience coordinating live entertainment events or productions.
    • Strong experience coordinating live entertainment events or logistics.
    • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with artists, representatives, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in a live-event environment where circumstances can change quickly.
    • Working knowledge of event budgets, contracts, invoices, and financial controls.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on the entertainment calendar.
    • Experience with event-management, ticketing, CRM, or venue-management systems.
    • Established relationships within the live entertainment industry preferred.
