Position SummaryThe Project Manager, Enterprise Systems & Programs provides strategic leadership for Student Freedom Initiative's enterprise technology ecosystem, business operations, institutional engagement, and cross-functional program implementation. Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Implementation, this position is responsible for aligning enterprise technology, organizational processes, data, and institutional partnerships to advance the organization's mission and long-term strategic priorities.III. Key ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager – Enterprise Systems and Programs will:Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support systems implementation and organizational initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional projects to ensure alignment across teams and partners. Monitor institutional engagement, program adoption, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Serve as a cross-functional leader, fostering collaboration among internal and external stakeholders. Partner closely with Business Development, Student Programs, Marketing & Communications, Finance, Business Operations, Institutional Transformation, and technology vendors. Ensure technology solutions and operational processes effectively support organizational goals and mission delivery. Drive institutional success by aligning technology, operations, and program outcomes with strategic objectives.Expand institutional engagement and supports growth initiatives. Leverage technology and data to maximize program impact, reach, and outcomes for the Student Freedom Initiative.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned, consistent with the responsibilities and scope of the position. IV.
