    Enterprise Solutions Administrator

    REMOTE –PROXIMITY TO A DATA CENTER PREFERRED

    Our client is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Administrator to join their team!

    Position Description:

    The Enterprise Solutions Administrator will support the organization’s data center, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments. This individual will help maintain reliable, secure, and well-documented infrastructure services across a distributed enterprise.

    The position is responsible for implementation support, technical troubleshooting, operational coordination, vendor follow-up, and day-to-day systems administration under the direction of senior IT leadership.

    The organization’s data centers are located in the Phoenix, Arizona;Dallas, Texas;and Northern Virginia areas. Candidates located near one of these data centers are preferred, with a particularly strong preference for Phoenix-area candidates.

    Required Skills:
    • Four to six years of infrastructure or systems administration experience.
    • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Hyper-V, DNS, and Microsoft Azure.
    • Experience supporting data center, cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to create clear, thorough, and accurate technical documentation.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of an IT or infrastructure team.
    • Ability to assist with system upgrades, configuration changes, monitoring, and incident response.
    • Working knowledge of storage, backup, networking, security, virtualization, and compute platforms.
    • Strong troubleshooting, organization, customer service, and follow-through skills.
    • Ability to recognize time-sensitive issues and respond with the appropriate level of urgency.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to identify needs, take appropriate action, and follow tasks through completion.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365, VMware, Cisco technologies, Microsoft operating systems, and Linux is preferred.
    • Experience with server, storage, or backup platforms such as Cisco UCS, Dell, IBM, NetApp, EMC, Nimble, Pure Storage, ExaGrid, or similar technologies is helpful.
    • Experience with Cohesity, Veeam, or comparable enterprise backup solutions is preferred.
    • Candidates located near Phoenix, Dallas, or Northern Virginia are preferred.
    • Phoenix-area candidates are particularly encouraged to apply.
