Role : Client Technology Architect (CTA) - Telecommunication

Lead Technology Transformation for Global Telecom Clients

Job Location : Dallas, TX; Seattle, WA; NJ ( Remote)

At Tech Mahindra, we are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Client Technology Architect (CTA) to serve as the trusted technology advisor for our key telecommunications account. In this highly visible role, you will drive technology strategy, shape large-scale transformation initiatives, and build innovative solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Account CTA role requires understanding the customer's business challenges and technology landscape, and align the right resources to design effective and the most appropriate solutions.

Working closely with sales leadership team, delivery teams, and technology partners, you will identify customer opportunities, design and shape winning solutions, and accelerate digital transformation through emerging technologies, including AI.

The pay range for this role is $250,000- $300,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. What You'll Do

• Lead our Pre-Sales opportunities and ongoing technology discussions and strategic engagements with customers.
• Build and present innovative technology solutions, complex deal solutions, proposals, and proactive transformation roadmaps.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across IT, network, and enterprise ecosystems.
• Develop compelling business cases for the adoption of emerging and disruptive technologies.
• Drive complex deal pursuits, including managed services and digital transformation engagements.
• Partner with solution architects, subject matter experts, delivery teams, and strategic technology partners to develop differentiated solutions.
• Build strong relationships with senior business and technology executives, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and technology advancements to bring innovative ideas and thought leadership to customers.
• Identify and monetize growth opportunities while ensuring solutions align with customer business objectives.

What We're Looking For

A strong communicator, strategist, and technology leader with deep telecommunications expertise and a passion for solving complex business challenges.

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry and telecom solutions.
• 10+ years of experience with BSS/OSS applications and platforms.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture and enterprise technology design.
• 5+ years of experience in presales, consulting, or customer-facing roles engaging with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience creating and structuring Managed Services deals.
• 4+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives and working within agile environments.
• 2+ years of experience architecting and delivering AI-powered solutions.

Additional Skills:

• Strong understanding of telecom networks, OSS/BSS ecosystems, and digital service transformation.
• Experience developing technology strategies and business cases that drive measurable business value.
• Knowledge of current technology trends and their impact on enterprise IT and business strategy.
• Consulting background with strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to influence diverse teams and collaborate across global organizations.
