Kaiser Permanente-s Channel Partner & Data Solutions team-part of Enterprise Sales Solutions within National Health Plan Business Technology Solutions & Services-is seeking a senior Business Sales Solution Consultant to operate at the intersection of commercial sales, business operations, and technology. In this role, you will engage directly with sales, channel, and marketing leaders to understand business strategies, processes, and pain points, and translate them into scalable, data-driven solutions. You will design and deliver end-to-end sales capabilities leveraging Salesforce (CRM/PRM) and Enterprise Customer Data platforms, partnering closely with KPIT to execute. As a strategic advisor, you will shape technology and data roadmaps, evaluate solution alternatives, lead implementation, and influence senior leadership through industry best practices to enable modern, high-performing broker and employer group sales ecosystems.
Job Summary:
Serves as lead consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides expertise and drives the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Develops business strategy and ensures alignment and prioritization of organizational objectives and business initiatives. Manages complex projects or project components, leads change management activities, and performs complex data analyses to drive business initiatives. Participates in vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
