Location: Virginia/ Northern Virginia.
Relocation assistance is not available. Only candidates based in Northern Virginia will be considered.
Travel: This remote role/ Home office in Northern Virginia. 50% travel to customer sites in the DC area and eastern seaboard.
We are looking for a competitive, self-motivated individual to join our sales team covering the DC area and eastern seaboard. This role blends technical expertise with entry-level product sales and is ideal for a Senior Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect interested in transitioning into a full-time sales position.
You will use your technical knowledge and relationship-building skills to work with vendors, partners, and system integrators to deliver optimal solutions for customers. On the sales side, you will be mentored by a 20-year sales veteran who transitioned from a technical background to a successful enterprise sales career.
If you are seasoned sales professional Spectra would still be interested in reviewing your resume. A long term selling background in the DC area in Storage will be a requirement. Your sales experience must cover selling tape storage, object storage, data archiving and backup.
