Enterprise Sales Executive– AI-Powered Decision Intelligence Platform (Remote)

GPAC has partnered with an outstanding AI-powered technology company that is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth within the agriculture sector. The platform helps organizations automate complex operational decisions across supply chain, workforce, production, logistics, forecasting, and asset management using advanced AI-driven optimization.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who knows what it takes to mentor and build a successful high performing sales team, develop strong sales strategies, while advancing in a cutting-edge industry.

What the Enterprise Sale Executive position entails

Business Development

  • Lead revenue strategy by identifying and prioritizing target markets, cultivating strategic accounts and uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute scalable outbound and inbound sales strategies using networking, partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
  • Position AI-powered decision optimization solutions for applications such as energy forecasting, asset management, workforce scheduling, and demand planning.

Enterprise Sales

  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Must be comfortable navigating multifaceted and complex buying environments.
  • Meet with buyers that will include C-Suite executives, company owners, operation managers, and AI/ML teams.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers across enterprise organizations.

Building Stratgic Partnerships

  • Develop and expand relationships with channel, reseller, and strategic partners within the Agriculture and Energy markets.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to develop customer use cases and support successful implementations.
  • Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Establish sales KPIs, forecasting processes, and scalable sales playbooks tailored to the target verticals.

Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience within the Agriculture/Food Services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex enterprise deals and developing new and lasting customer relationships.
  • Experience selling AI, optimization software, decision intelligence platforms, or enterprise SaaS solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes such as demand forecasting, resource optimization, asset deployment, and load balancing.
  • Have established network within the agriculture industry, including technology partners and key stakeholders.
  • Must currently reside in the U.S. and have a valid U.S. driver’s license.
