    Enterprise Quality Manager
    Marathon TS is seeking an Enterprise Quality Manager responsible for the overall performance, strategy, and resource management of the program quality organization. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience directly executing and managing quality teams in the defense manufacturing industry supporting dynamic programs and applying hands-on best practices to anticipate and mitigate any and all risks to quality. They ensure quality performance aligns with business objectives, financial targets, and customer expectations.
    Job Responsibilities
    The Enterprise Quality Manager is responsible for the overall performance, strategy, and resource management of the program quality organization. They ensure quality performance aligns with business objectives, financial targets, and defense manufacturing customer expectations.
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Set the Quality culture and strategy for program execution, plan training strategy, direction, and priorities of the Quality team.
    • Create the environment for the Quality team to succeed.
    • Address any Quality issues in an appropriate metric managed manner.
    • Provide team management activities; this includes team personnel administration and HR-related activities.
    • Manage and develop Program Quality Engineer team leaders and engineers.
    • Conduct: Performance reviews, Career development planning, Succession planning
    • Set staffing models aligned with: Program demands, SIOP forecasts, Budget constraints
    • Own quality performance across multiple programs and Drive:
    • COPQ reduction strategy; Zero Defect Planning (ZDP); Systemic RCCA initiatives
    • Establish program quality priorities and focus areas that capture Estimate at Completion & Estimate to Completion relationships.
    • Manage: Quality labor budgets, Travel budgets for supplier/program support
    • Provide quality inputs into: AOP, Forecasts, Program risk registers
    • Partner with: Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain to
    • resolve systemic quality issues across programs.
    • Serve as the senior quality representative to: Customers, Executive leadership, and Program reviews
    • Establish standardized: Program quality operating rhythms, KPI dashboards, Review boards (CAB, QORs)
    • Ensure alignment with: ISO9001 & AS9100 requirements, Internal QMS / Contractual obligations

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree within STEM and 5+ years' experience or equivalent experience without a degree or 9 years + in aerospace quality or engineering.
    • Experience leading multiple dynamic programs.
    • Demonstrated: People leadership, Budget management, Customer interface
    • Experience in leadership, Team lead, or Technical Authority.
    • Must be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. clearance
    • Must be based out of Virginia or Massachusetts with 15% travel
