Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager (EPM) to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role will focus on driving execution and delivery across multiple business units, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and successful outcomes across finance transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at stakeholder communication, and can independently manage competing priorities while delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Project & Program Leadership
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large, enterprise-level initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units
- Drive cross-functional alignment across technical, business, and operational teams
- Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Establish and track key program milestones, dependencies, and benefit realization plans
- Ensure clearly defined ownership, roles, and accountability across all project stakeholders
Execution & Delivery
- Oversee finance transformation workstreams supporting home office, field teams, and broader finance operations
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across complex project environments
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of status reporting, deliverables, and documentation
- Identify and remove blockers to maintain forward progress across initiatives
- Coordinate resources across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with project managers, department leaders, and stakeholders across the organization
- Facilitate communication across global teams, including contractors and offshore partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment during organizational changes
- Communicate effectively both upward and downward within the organization
Process, Governance & Best Practices
- Implement and enforce project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and enterprise PMO standards
- Support change management efforts across impacted business areas
- Review deliverables for quality and provide mentoring and guidance to team members
Financial & Risk Management
- Forecast project capital, resource needs, and capacity requirements
- Identify and assess risks; develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget constraints

Required Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional projects
- Strong background in project execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
- Demonstrated change management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- Experience supporting finance transformation initiatives
- Background in financial services or finance/business operations
- Experience working with global teams and offshore resources
- Practical experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
